Terms of use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms govern access to and use of the nexpiria.com website and the Nexpiria app, published by [to be completed]. By using the service, you accept them.
1. The service
Nexpiria is a personal deadline tracker for documents, contracts, warranties, subscriptions and appointments. It helps you organise this information; it does not replace your own vigilance or legal, administrative or financial advice.
2. Access and account
The service is available in a compatible browser. Some features require an account. You must be at least 15 or have consent from a holder of parental authority, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
3. Features and limits
Scanning and dictation depend on your browser and on document quality: always check the suggested dates. Reminder preferences do not yet trigger automatic delivery (email, push, WhatsApp) or calendar events. Google Calendar and Gmail links are temporarily suspended.
4. Your data and backups
Your deadlines and files are stored in the browser of the device you use, without cross-device sync. It is your responsibility to export a backup regularly: clearing browser data, changing devices or a hardware failure may cause data loss.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt to access other people’s data, use it for unlawful purposes or reproduce its content without permission. Information you enter about family members must respect their rights.
6. Plans and prices
The Basic plan is free. Premium and Family plans are in preparation and cannot be subscribed to; no payment is enabled. Before any future subscription, features, prices including taxes and terms of sale will be presented to you.
7. Intellectual property
The service, its brand, interface and content are protected. You keep all rights to the information and files you add.
8. Liability
The service is provided with care, without any guarantee of continuous availability or error-free deadline detection. The publisher cannot be held liable for a missed deadline, loss of locally stored data or misuse of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
9. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. The publisher may suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these terms, after prior notice except in emergencies.
10. Changes to the terms
These terms may be changed. The update date appears at the top of the page; significant changes will be flagged in the app.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, you can email [to be completed] to seek an amicable solution. Under Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [to be completed]. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing that, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
